Weigh-in: May 30, 2009

I just did my third official weigh-in, and let’s just say it wasn’t nearly as spectacular as the last two. I only lost -.2 pounds, which basically meant that I maintained. I expected this to a certain extent because I’ve already had two big losses. Although there’s no loss to speak of, this week was much easier in terms of sticking on plan. I had no problem sticking to my points and even left quite a few flex points behind. And even though I’m disappointed from the lack of progress and I didn’t meet my first goal weight, I decided to buy a Wii anyway and EA Sports Active. The one thing lacking from my week was activity. Hopefully this will help. And I want to participate in the 30-day challenge that starts on June 1.

I just did my second official weigh-in, after checking in earlier in the week (which I wasn’t supposed to do, bad me!). Good news is that I lost an additional pound, for a total of 4.6 pounds!
