Woo-hoo! I’ve finished my last page for my Project 365 Album (Part 1). This means that for my next album I can use a different paper pack. The Earthy Power Palette by Creative Memories served me really well for the the past six months. Overall I made 32 pages. So tomorrow I’ll go get the 12×12s printed at Costco and slide them into my Portfolio Max. For this particular page I used the same paper as I did for the very first page of the album.

I’m all caught up on my Project 365 album, and I have only one more week and page left to complete the first album. Which means I’ll be saying goodbye to the Earthy Power Palette I’ve been using for all 32 pages. It’s been a great kit to use, but I am looking forward to something new!

Another layout! I know. I’ve been on a roll lately. I definitely go through phases. Anyway, I used a freebie template for the Storybook Creator, from the Creative Memories site. It sure made it easy in terms of layout, but I super struggled with journaling. There weren’t areas for that, so I had to improvise. I think it turned out pretty nice. I’ve got a great idea for the next one, so I can’t wait to get to it.

Here’s another Project 365 layout that I finished this weekend. I got the scalloped-square from Creative Memories freebies section. Anyway, I like how this one turned out! But I must say that I find it hilarious that Chauncey Billups is framed in a tag with button accents.

Here’s a clean two-week, two-page spread. I really like how this one turned out.

Ah, that’s better. More space! Here’s a two-page spread for the week of April 26 through May 2. Since the pictures aren’t terribly much to speak of, I wanted the design to stand out more. For this album I’ve been using the Earthy Power Palette, but the background paper comes from a supplement called Earthy Serenity. It’s mostly the same, but a touch different. I did some planning for the rest of the Picfolio Max I’m using to fill with these pages. I can perfectly fit six months (with more two-week, two-page spreads). I think that will be ideal because then for the next six months, I can use a different Power Palette, which will be nice.

Here’s a two-page spread that covers two weeks worth of Project 365 pictures. I like the blocks. But I’m getting a little sick of scrunching in 14 photos on two pages. I think I’ll try a two-page spread for one week next.

Here’s the second page to a page I made in May. It’s for the week of April 5th. I like how clean it came out. As always, I get my products from Creative Memories.

I totally neglected to take a photo today, which is silly because I actually worked on my Project 365 album. I only made one page, and I have so many more to go. As I work on other projects in my life, especially writing my book, I’ve put scrapbooking aside for awhile. Hopefully I can do more in the future, but maybe not until my book is done.

I’ve made another two page spread that covers two weeks worth of pictures. I made this layout at the event I went to yesterday, World’s Largest Crop. 1,500 croppers! So fun. Keeping with my theme, I continued to use these products:

Only one mistake! On the right page it says through March 29, when really it was through the 28th. I’ve fixed it in my file, but didn’t export a new image.

As always, click to enlarge!
