California, here I come
So in less than 48 hours I will be in L.A., laughing away with all of my EJami friends. I am so excited for this trip. It feels so natural to go out there and be with them, and I’m truly stoked to just have a good time and feel 31 for once. I’m usually so boring and this yanks me right out of my comfort zone.
Much like with other big trips, I’m taking this opportunity to improve my lifestyle. Diet, exercise, new clothes, manicure, pedicure, and new shoes. Lots of new shoes. It feels like forever since I went to London, which was the last time I did this, but this trip is very different and I have totally different needs.
In the past six weeks I’ve lost seven pounds, which has made me feel a lot better. I’ve been exercising a lot which is good. I’ve even gone spinning with a co-worker to see how I would fare. Turns out, I fare pretty well. I’ve even been tanning so I’m not pale and pasty.
I also got new glasses, both out of necessity, but also because I wanted something a little bit different. Those are working out wonderfully!
So the next time you hear from me, I’ll be posting pictures of little old me with way hotter celebrities. They will put me to shame!

Hope you have a great trip! It sounds like a lot of fun. Even though I hate soaps in general I can totally relate and think you’re going to have a blast with your online friends. I love Ali from Biggest Loser, she seems like a ‘real person’ if you know what I mean. Can’t wait to see pics of you with all your new goodies. I started WW online again now that I am not preggers anymore, congrats on your weight loss. I hope to be joining you on the downward streak soon. <3
YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!! I can’t wait to hear your pictures and hear all about your trip. Congratulations on your weight loss! It’s nice to have a pick me up, isn’t it? I lost 23 pounds last year and it was life changing. It took years off my appearance and I fell back in love with shopping for clothes which I hadn’t done in years. Now I’m broke but I am much happier and I have nice clothes.
