		<description>Glad you are giving it a try. I agree it&#039;s hard for one, it&#039;s barely better cooking for two people. We still have tons of leftovers. I&#039;m trying to learn to scale down recipes and such because I only like leftovers like..once and then I&#039;m done, I can&#039;t keep eating the same thing over and over.
But, I think you have the right idea...a few meals planned, and leave a few nights open for leftover and cereal. You&#039;ll still save a ton of money and just having the burden of &quot;figuring out what to eat&quot; being lifted is nice- it&#039;s the worst part of cooking dinner for me.</description>
