Aug 05 2009: Fajitas
I came home from work tonight craving Mexican food. This isn’t unusual, I crave it all the time. Thankfully, I had a fajita mix on hand, so I whipped some up. My day at work was pretty good. It dragged, but there was no drama in the slightest and everybody seemed really relaxed. Those days don’t come very often.

Thanks for that. I moved to England when I was really young, and I really want to rediscover my heritage. I’ve been trying out a lot of random mexican recipes, and the best I’ve found yet is this taco recipes – it totally remind me of my childhood. I dont remember much of it except for the spicy smells and delicious food on every street corner.
