One of my favorite things…
My showerhead. I bought this last fall at Costco. It’s a fancy one with all kinds of settings and such. Well lately, I love it so much more than ever because of how therapeutic it can be after a hard work out on my EA Sports Active.
This shower head has ruined me for sub-par showering.
This rest of this week’s pictures is going to highlight different parts of my weight loss strategy and exercise routine.
