Done
So my day in the office on Saturday was quite productive. Besides working on my guide, I decided to copy out all of my old diary entries from Diaryland. It took awhile to format it and all, but I got it printed and in a binder. It was 170 pages! I can’t believe I ever wrote that much. And there is still so much more. I need to now copy out my rapunzal entries from Diaryland. Since they were both running in parallel for a long time, I’m going to actually incorporate all the entries, so it’s all chronological.
Naturally, doing all this inspired me to blog more, so I will try to blog every day this week. We’ll see if I actually have anything to report on or discuss.
So the rest of my weekend was quite nice actually. After working here, I went to pick up my sister for a night out. First we went to Whole Foods to eat dinner and then we went to see “Forgetting Sarah Marshall.” That movie was totally hilarious. And it made me want to meet a guy just like Peter, who I just keep calling Marshall (because of his role on “How I Met Your Mother). We had a fun time.
Then yesterday I woke up with a terrible headache! It took me several hours to get out of it, so I laid around for a long time. A diet pepsi and two advils later I was feeling better. So I did what I usually do on the weekend, I cleaned. I feel like I’m always cleaning but I just can’t get my place as clean as I want it to be. I actually turned off the TV at around 3 p.m. and just had Radio Paradise blasting through my house.
After cleaning and then cleaning myself in a much needed shower, I picked up “Eat, Pray, Love” and read a good chunk of it. If I’m good, I should be able to finish it this week. It’s such a great book.
Anyway, I’m just about to take my publication over to the printer! Then I might not do anything this afternoon as a treat since I’ve been working so hard lately.
Who am I kidding? I’m sure I’ll keep working.

Ooh I’m jealous! We went to go see that movie on Saturday night too! Unfortunately the only seats open when we got there were in the front row =( I was super bummed because the past few movies have been jeremy’s choice. This was going to be MY choice and I was looking forward to it all week. But we were too late I guess so we ended up seeing Harold and Kumar 2 instead. It was actually really funny but I’m still bitter about Sarah Marshall. I think we will go see it this week/end.
I too feel like I am always cleaning. With a hairy dog, 2 cats and.. a hairy man, I seem to need to vacuum all the time. It doesn’t matter how much I clean, I still feel like my house is dirty. =( At least when he’s around he does the vacuuming and I do the kitchen/bathroom/decluttering. I really long to have someone clean my house for me. hehe
I’m glad you got your publication done! Have a nice quiet afternoon.
